Using DCS system and intelligent modules such as automatic control valves and testing instruments, the company's production and pilot base-Xinyuan New Material Factory has landed a 20000-ton fluorosilicone new material production line, a 1,000-ton nylon elastomer production line and a 10,000-ton aldehyde-free rubber production line containing more than 10 varieties, realizing the automation of production and safe and stable operation of the process. In addition, the company also uses its own process capabilities to help other companies in the industry solve a number of process technology problems.
