Vulcanisation conditions:
The vulcanisation time of NFS-L-8440 liquid fluorosilicone rubber depends on the vulcanisation temperature and the thickness and size of the vulcanised product, when the vulcanised product is heated up to 120℃, it can be vulcanised quickly within a few seconds, the rate can be optimised according to the size of the parts, the recommended vulcanisation conditions are 120℃×10min for primary vulcanisation and 200℃×4h for secondary vulcanisation, please adjust the vulcanisation time reasonably according to the actual production process.
Packaging:
Packed in plastic drums, 20kg for each A/B component.
Storage period:
Store in a cool and dry environment, unopened in the original packaging storage period of twelve months.
Caveats:
Avoid contact with compounds containing elements such as nitrogen, sulphur, phosphorus and heavy metals, which may cause the product to vulcanise undercooked or unvulcanised.
