With an investment of 1 billion yuan and a planned land of 346 mu, the company has built a modern, automated and intelligent production base of new chemical materials, which has been invested and constructed in two phases, and has now completed the construction and transferred to the normal production stage. The first phase of the high-end new material production project is a key project in Shandong Province in 2020. It has 6 standardized production workshops and various standardized supporting facilities totaling 38000 square meters. It can produce 20000 tons of fluorosilicone fine chemical new materials and other products annually. It can fully meet the company's production capacity expansion needs within ten years, obtain a safety production license in 2023, and officially put into production. The second phase of aldehyde-free and environmentally friendly water-based adhesive project is a key project in Shandong Province in 2022. It will be used to replace the traditional "trialdehyde glue" prepared with formaldehyde as raw material, realize formaldehyde-free release in the production process and final products, and practice the green health concept of "green board" and "healthy home". The company built a 10000-ton large-scale production line in 2023 and will officially put it into production after obtaining a safety production license in 2024.
